Tax waiver for houses up to 50sqm under NDMC

With an eye on municipal polls due early next year, North Delhi Municipal Corporation passed a proposal on Friday to give relaxation to owners of up to 50 square metres of properties from paying property tax. This will benefit about 3 lakh property owners who have been issued Unique Property Identification Code cards, said former mayor and Sadar Bazar councillor Jai Prakash.
