Delhi air pollution: Farm fire share nears 20%
Delhi’s air quality, which was in the ‘poor’ category on Thursday, is likely to worsen from Friday when it is predicted to touch the ‘very poor’ range. The contribution of stubble burning to Delhi’s PM2.5 rose from 16% on Wednesday to 19% on Thursday, the highest so far this season. The overall Air Quality Index (AQI) was 268 on Thursday, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
