Noida sets January 31 deadline for pet registry

Unhappy with the response to its mandatory pet registration drive, launched in September last year, the Noida Authority has now set a deadline of January 31 for all pet owners to complete the process. Failure to do so, officials said, would invite a fine of Rs 500.
