Foreigner cheated of $33,000 in Gurugram

A gang of miscreants who cheat foreign nationals in Delhi-NCR for medical treatment has become active in Gurugram. The accused allegedly duped an Iraqi national of 33,000 US dollars from outside a restaurant in Sector 39. The victim is in India for medical treatment.
