Rules drafted to implement Transgender Act in Delhi

A report submitted by the Delhi social welfare department to National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) says Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Delhi Rules have been drafted and will soon be placed in the public domain for inviting comments/observations.
