Delhi, Punjab ink pact to share knowledge, skills

Paving the way for sharing knowledge, experience and skills for “mutual welfare” of the people of the two states, the Aam Aadmi Party governments of Delhi and Punjab signed a knowledge sharing agreement on Tuesday.
