Working on scheme to fix erratic water bills: Kejriwal

Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said citizens who suspected that they had been billed incorrectly for water usage could withhold payment. The CM said he had received a number of complaints about people getting erratic water bills and the government would soon announce a scheme to rectify the situation.
