2 upload morphed pics of woman on Instagram; arrested in Greater Noida

Two people were arrested from the Chuharpur underpass in Greater Noida on Saturday for allegedly making a 23-year-old woman's fake Instagram account and uploading her morphed pictures. The accused also uploaded her contact number on an adult website.
