At 8.3%, Delhi shows highest EV penetration, Burari greenest RTO

Delhi has shown the highest electric vehicle (EV) penetration in India at 8.3% between April 2021 and September 2022, a study by the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW), has shown.
