Delhi cops failed to crack more cases than they solved in last 3 years

Unsolved cases have been Delhi Police’s Achilles’ heel for years. Taking note of the gravity of the situation, the police chiefs have taken up the issue twice in the last few years and issued standing orders in 2012 and 2022 for constituting a “cold cases cell”.
