Old Rajender Nagar death case: Co-owners of coaching institute move bail plea in Delhi HC

The co-owners of a basement coaching centre in Old Rajinder Nagar, where three IAS aspirants drowned, have appealed to the Delhi High Court for bail. The trial court previously denied their plea, citing illegal use of the basement for educational purposes as the cause. They argue their cooperation with the investigation and absence in the FIR.
