Court accepts ED’s sanction in Arvind Kejriwal excise policy case; plea challenging chargesheet dismissed

The Rouse Avenue Court upheld the Enforcement Directorate's claim that the sanction in the CBI case also covers offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act. This was in response to former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea, asserting a lack of necessary sanction in the ED case against him.
