Mere friendship with girl doesn’t give man right to have sex without consent: Delhi high court

The Delhi High Court refused bail to a man accused of repeatedly raping a minor. The court clarified that friendship does not grant permission for sexual intercourse without consent. Even if there was consent, it would be invalid because the survivor was a minor.
