Merely crying of woman cannot make out case of dowry harassment: Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court ruled that a woman's distress alone doesn't automatically prove dowry harassment, dismissing a petition against a husband and his family. The case involved a woman who allegedly faced dowry demands after her marriage in 2010 and later passed away due to pneumonia in 2014.
