'Which Ramleela ends at 10pm?' Delhi CM says Hindu festivals face restrictions; permits events till 12am

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced the extension of permissible hours for cultural events like Ramleela and Durga Puja until midnight, effective September 22 to October 3. The decision, approved by Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena, relaxes previous restrictions limiting events to 10 pm.
