1st images from Thailand resort out: Goa nightclub owners Luthra brothers handcuffed, taken to immigration centre

Goa nightclub co-owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, wanted in connection with a deadly blaze, have been detained in Thailand. Indian authorities requested their apprehension after the brothers fled the country following the incident that claimed 25 lives. They are expected to be deported and handed over to Indian police.
