16-year-old boy stabbed to death in Delhi; 3 minors apprehended

A 16-year-old boy was fatally stabbed in Dayalpur, North East Delhi. Police apprehended three minors aged between 13 and 17 years in connection with the incident. The motive appears to be bullying.
