17-year-old kidnapped, raped in Delhi; accused arrested

A 17-year-old girl was rescued after being kidnapped and sexually assaulted by a 35-year-old man. The accused, who was also a proclaimed offender in a previous rape case, was arrested while attempting to flee to Bihar. He has confessed to involvement in multiple criminal cases.
