Neeraj Bawana gang member arrested after encounter in Delhi

A gang member was arrested after a police shootout late Monday night. Police intercepted Savinder alias Baba, who allegedly opened fire on officers. He was injured in the leg during the exchange and taken to hospital. Savinder is involved in extorting businessmen and property dealers in outer north Delhi. He faces multiple criminal cases including murder and arms offences.
