Delhi man dies after late-night scuffle in Kalkaji, brother attacked when he intervened

A man died and his brother was injured after a scuffle broke out between residents of a Kalkaji building following an argument outside the premises early Sunday, police said. The brother alleged he was also attacked when he confronted women at the scene, while police formed teams to examine CCTV footage and identify those involved.
