Class 8 dropout 'raped' several minors in Delhi

Manish Chaddha got addicted to pornography and playing online card games where he invested money forcibly taken from his mother. Police found pornographic videos, including child pornography, and numbers of sex workers on his phone. Chaddha claimed that he started targeting children when he couldn’t afford paid sex. He also worked as a sex worker.
