Delhi metro to cut down on announcements

Too much information can be jarring sometimes, feel Delhi Metro commuters. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has been getting passenger feedback that the audio announcements on board trains on the Magenta Line (Janakpuri West-Botanical Garden) are repetitive and a tad annoying.
