Karol Bagh: 4-storey bldg collapses, no casualty

A four-storeyed commercial building at Padma Singh Road in Karol Bagh collapsed on Wednesday morning. Fire officials said a relief and rescue operation was under way to look for anyone who might be trapped under the debris.
