'They shoved chilly powder in my private parts'

A Delhi Commission for Women official said a special team of experts formed to inspect the shelter homes in Delhi had found about the torture while inspecting the facility. The victim has named five persons, including a couple who owns the Home alleging she was forced to undress in front of male workers and chilly powder and salt were inserted in her private parts.
