Delhi: Neighbour abducts toddler, sexually assaults her in forest

A one-and-a-half-year-old child was sexually assaulted by a neighbour who had kidnapped her and taken her to the Ridge near Subzi Mandi. The child was found unconscious by her parents. The perpetrator was later caught from the locality.
