MCD sank Rs 38 lakh in half-built school

The rusted iron door has ‘Municipal Corporation Primary School, Andha Mughal’ painted in white. It opens to the ruins of eight halffinished rooms, unplastered brick walls and cement pillars with iron rods jutting out. A flight of steps leads nowhere.
