Odd-even: Exemption list leaves parents at sea

The list of exemptions for the odd-even road rationing scheme, which will be implemented from November 4 to November 15 in Delhi, is already out. Two-wheelers, women-only vehicles and private vehicles ferrying school children in uniform will be allowed to ply during the ‘odd-even days’. However, lack of clarity regarding the private vehicles ferrying school children in uniform has left many parents perplexed.
