Traffic jam helps Delhi cops rescue kidnapped man

Traffic jams in Uttam Nagar helped the cops chase a gang of carjackers and rescue a kidnapped man on Friday night. The man was kidnapped in his car by a gang of four men near Janakpuri, and was being forcibly taken towards Dwarka.
