Delhi child panel identifies 53 begging hotspots

The Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) has identified 53 “child begging” hotspots in the capital. These hotspots have been identified after field observations by the panel, analysing data of various government departments, past attendance records of nearby schools and surveys conducted by NGOs.
