Upgrade seat not available for all at Delhi University

Out of 33,739 aspirants who opted for the ‘upgrade’ option after the first allocation list declared by Delhi University (DU) under its Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS), 11,649 have been upgraded to a higher preference indicated by them in the second round, according to data shared by the varsity.
