Delhi: Rs 1.8cr extorted from retd ITBP officer

Three people were arrested for posing as officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and Delhi Police's Crime Branch and extorting Rs 1.8 crore from a retired Indo-Tibetan Border Police commandant, officials said on Tuesday.
