While the operation of the Sohna-Dausa stretch of Delhi Mumbai Expressway — part of Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) — is expected to give a major boost to economic development of the entire region, the realtors are hoping that the better connectivity will ultimately put Gurgaon's real estate belts at the apex of development and end-user demand.
