Delhi Consumer Commission orders real estate firm to refund Rs 2.43 crore for delayed flat possession

The Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission directed a real estate company to refund Rs 2.43 crore and additional compensation for failing to deliver possession of flat units after 11 years. The company was found liable for deficiency in service and providing false assurances.
