Delhi polls: Congress launches 'Pyari Didi' scheme, promises Rs 2,500/month for women

Congress leader DK Shivakumar launched the 'Pyari Didi' scheme promising Rs 2,500 monthly to women voters if Congress wins the upcoming Delhi assembly elections. Confident in Congress forming the government, Shivakumar stated this decision will be implemented in the first cabinet meeting, following a model previously applied in Karnataka.
