‘New pilot duty norms with more rest hours from July’

DGCA has told Delhi High Court that revised duty and rest hour norms for pilots will be phased in from July 1, with full implementation by November 1. The new regulations aim to reduce pilot fatigue by increasing weekly rest periods and limiting flight and duty times, particularly for night operations.
