Got two-week parole in 2005: Ex-armyman who killed wife nabbed 20 years later, now father of 4 with new family

A former Army man, Anil Kumar Tiwari, was apprehended by Delhi Police after evading authorities for over two decades. Tiwari, convicted in 1989 for his wife's murder, had jumped parole in 2005. He was traced to his native village in Madhya Pradesh. To avoid capture, he avoided digital footprints, used cash transactions, and frequently changed his residence and employment.
