'Tap thief' remark: FIR against women Samajwadi Party leaders over protest against Delhi CM Rekha Gupta

An FIR has been lodged against six Samajwadi Party women leaders and 25 unidentified individuals for protesting in Lucknow against Delhi CM Rekha Gupta's "tonti chor" remark aimed at SP chief Akhilesh Yadav. The women demanded an apology or resignation from Gupta. Yadav has condemned Gupta's statement and accused the UP government of preparing an "underground army."
