JNUSU says it will move court today over fee hike

As registration at Jawaharlal Nehru University ends and the classes begin next week, the JNU Students’ Union (JNUSU) has asked students to continue boycotting classes and not register for the winter semester until they exhaust legal avenues. JNUSU will go to court against the hostel fee hike on Monday. Calling the hike illegal and against the constitution of the varsity, the JNUSU has asked students to continue with the strike that was started after October 28 last year.
