JNUSU to move HC against rule allowing fee hike

Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union (JNUSU) will move court on Monday to challenge the rule that has let the administration bring in the hostel fee hikes. “We will go to Delhi high court on Monday challenging the legality of the rules under which the hikes were brought in,” JNUSU vice-president Saket Moon said on Saturday.
