Delhi: Kala Rana to step in from Bangkok for Kala Jathedi

The dramatic arrest of gangster Sandeep alias Kala Jathedi seems more like part of a well-scripted plan by the brass of an alliance of top gangsters of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan who are all lodged in jail, to control the underworld in north India, sources believe.
