Delhi cops to tighten check on jailed gangsters

After finding that recent incidents of shootings in the city were planned by incarcerated criminals, Delhi police commissioner Rakesh Asthana has ordered a crackdown on gangsters who are operating from prison. “Some organised gangs are operating in Delhi who are guided by their kingpins sitting in jail. Whenever such incidents come to notice, they should be booked after proper investigation,” the police chief said in his order.
