Butcher arrested for raping, killing minor in Delhi

Delhi Police on Monday arrested a man for allegedly killing an 8-year-old girl after she saw him in a compromising position with her mother at her residence in central Delhi. Police said he had sexually assaulted the girl and mutilated her face.
