Delhi: Foreigner held for duping people in customs fraud

The Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations (IFSO) of Delhi Police has busted a module of cheats and arrested one Ghana national involved in duping people on the pretext of custom clearance for high-value overseas gifts.
