LG asks why Delhi Assembly yet to go paperless despite '100% central funding', Speaker hits back

Eight years after the rollout of National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA), which aims to digitise the legislative assemblies across the country, Delhi Assembly is the only House that is yet to initiate the paperless process, the LG's office said on Thursday.
