Mop-up: PWD, MCD pump out water, clear sludge

The PWD and the MCD on Sunday said they were on an intensive cleaning drive that involved pumping out water from roads, clearing silt and sludge left behind by the Yamuna waters and fogging to sanitise neighbourhoods.
