15-year manhunt ends: Murder accused arrested disguised as beggar in Delhi

Delhi police arrested a murder convict after a 15-year manhunt. Sanjay, alias Sonesh Dass, jumped parole in 2009 after serving time for a 1999 robbery and murder in Rajender Nagar. He was found living as a beggar near New Delhi Railway Station, his appearance drastically altered.
