Delhi police bust charity ruse: 2 men posing as orphans, deaf-mutes arrested for stealing electronics

Delhi Police arrested two men from Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The men disguised themselves as deaf-mute or orphans. They targeted homes near educational institutions. They stole electronics like mobile phones and laptops. Police recovered 16 stolen mobile phones, six laptops, and a motorcycle. The thieves sold the stolen goods in their home states.
