Cabs, autos, private buses off NCR roads today

Commuters are likely to face a tough time on Thursday as a large number of app-based cabs, taxis, autorickshaws, cluster scheme buses, Grameen Sewa vehicles and buses contracted to ferry schoolchildren are likely to be off the roads from 6am to 10pm in Delhi-NCR.
