Delhi cop rapes teen on pretext of counselling

A Delhi Police constable has been arrested for raping a 16-year-old girl on the pretext of taking her for a counselling session on Thursday morning. The survivor told police that the cop took her to Yamuna Khadar near Usmanpur and raped her. He then handed her some money and asked her to return home.
