Delhi govt seeks Rs 11 crore under Nirbhaya fund

Concerned that poorly lit streets make women in the city feel unsafe and prevent them from stepping out after dusk, Delhi government has asked the Centre to release Rs 11.3 crore under Nirbhaya funds so that it can identify and illuminate more than 1,000 dark spots.
